Elaine MATSUMOTO

Elaine Matsumoto is a young girl who lives in the Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet. She is a kind and compassionate person who is always willing to help others. She is also a very talented artist and enjoys drawing pictures. One day, Elaine is walking through the forest when she comes across a strange creature. The creature is injured and Elaine takes it home with her to nurse it back to health. As she gets to know the creature, Elaine learns that it is a kind and gentle creature that just wants to be loved. Elaine names the creature "Ponyo" and the two of them become best friends. Ponyo is a very special creature and Elaine soon learns that she has the power to grant wishes. Elaine uses Ponyo's power to help others and to make the world a better place.
